My name is Bianca Marrone, My Partner Sam Atoa and I recently bought Zimmys Barossa Valley Products business. Sam is from NZ and of Samoan nationality , he has just moved over recently and loves Adelaide and the farm life.
Zimmys has officially been in business for over 40years but has been growing and selling products for well over 100 years with secret recipes that are passed down from generation to generation dating back to the late 1800s.
Zimmys Barossa Valley Products has been sold mainly in the Barossa Adelaide area and hasn’t really been pushed out to the other states of Australia.
Steve Zimmerman has known my family for many years as he buys produce from our Family business MARRONE FRESH.
It only seemed perfect to take this on with my experience and networks in the Horticulture and supermarket Industry
We see that there is a market for these products, we see the quality of the products especially the health benefits it provides need to be shared throughout Australia with the goal to go global.
